She needs volunteers to man the “Hospitality Tent” July 10th & 11th at the Campbell Community Center. The event begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, the 10th, and concludes at 10 a.m. on Sunday, July 11th. At this point in time, Pam is in desperate need of volunteers to man the hospitality tent between the hours of 1 a.m. (Sunday, the 11th) to 7 a.m. Shifts are for 3 hours (ie, 1-4 am and 4-7 am). Cristina has a Baby Boy!!!
I wanted to let you know that Cristina had her baby boy, Nathan, last night around 10pm. He’s 6 lbs, 14 oz and 20.5”. She was only in labor for 2 hours total (thoughtful baby!) and it was an easy delivery. She said they are both doing great.

RE-SHOOT. NEED PHOTOS?
Dear KW Agents,
Due to popular demand, Image 1 Studios is returning for a photography event on Monday & Tuesday, June 14th & 15th to provide new photographs of all our agents. Image One Studios is Keller Williams’ number one photography studio nationwide. They have photographed in many of our market centers in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas and across the country. Those of us who saw them at the Family Reunion were amazed at how good they are.
We need everyone to sign up at the front desk or call and schedule even if you have a current photo. All our agents will receive an executive photo shoot especially for the website, retouching while you watch (wrinkles, blemishes, double chins, etc.), and then you select the shot you want for KW.COM. A copyright release for the website is automatic. All ALC members will receive a retouched wall portrait. At the end of the event KW Cares will receive $10.00 per sitting. If everyone participates we will have the best website in the region and have raised a substantial amount for KW Cares.
There is absolutely no cost or obligation at all to our agents so I really need all of you to participate. Please sign up at the front desk or call and set up an appointment as soon as you can.
