Property Manager needed

My client is moving down to So. Cal and would like to rent his current property.  As I believe we're not able to do this for our clients through our current E & O insurance coverage, could someone recommend a property manager to help him rent out his property?  If I'm mistaken about our not being able to do this for our clients, please let me know at your earliest convenience.
