Agent Achieve Users - New and Old - Important Update!

Good Morning:

 

We have great news on the Agent Achieve front!  We are about to convert our billing system to bill you directly for Agent Achieve.  This change will take place beginning 3/1/10.

 

When this change takes place, you will need to have a credit card or debit card to enter into the Agent Achieve system at your first log in on March 1, 2010. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express in the form of credit cards, debit cards, and bank (checking debit) cards. 

 

To answer questions regarding this change, some FAQ’s are listed below:

 

Q.           What is the billing change and how does it affect the user? 

A.            You will pay MarketLinx directly for AgentAchieve with a credit card instead of being billed by

your Market Center.  This only affects who you will pay for AgentAchieve services.  The price

will remain the same:  $89.95

Q.           Why is this change happening?

A.            This is a result of many requests to have direct-agent billing, by both Market Centers and

Agents using the AgentAchieve system.

Q.           When is this change taking place?

A.            Your first log-in to AgentAchieve on or after March 1, 2010 will require a credit card to access

your account and this will create an automatic monthly billing profile to continue to access

your account.

Q.           Who is affected by this change?

A.            Any user with an active, standard, AgentAchieve account.

Q.           Where do I enter my credit card so I can continue with Agent Achieve services?

A.            An ordering screen will appear automatically the first time you log into AgentAchieve on or

after March 1, 2010.  This screen allows you to enter your credit card.

 

We have tried to anticipate any questions that may arise with the FAQ list above.  Additionally, to answer further questions you might have, Toby Silva, Sr. Technical Trainer, and I will be hosting 2 Webinars to explain how to complete the credit card screen and answer any questions.  These will be held on Thurs, Feb 18, 2010 at 10:30 AM and again on Wed, Feb 24, 2010 at 1:30 PM, for 30 minutes each.

Please feel free to register for either, or both, of the webinars. These are open-forum type webinars to help guide you with the upcoming changes to your AgentAchieve account on March 1st, 2009. During these sessions, we will be presenting the new method to sign-up for a personal Keller Williams AgentAchieve account and highly encourage everyone to attend at least one session.

 

The sooner you log in to AgentAchieve on March 1, 2010 and complete the process to transition to direct-billing, the quicker your website will be re-established on the internet.
