One of my clients has sold their home and needs to move within 30 days or less. They are looking for a house to rent (maybe a townhouse or duplex) in Cupertino, Sunnyvale or Mountain View. They will most likely be there for a year or two. Must have at least 2 bedrooms, and a garage or large storage shed in the yard. They have a dog and indoor/outdoor cats. Their credit is good but not in a position to buy right now. There budget is around $2000/month.
