I have a first-time home buyer in Garden Grove, CA which is not too far from Long Beach. The agent can be in any nearby cities: Anaheim, Orange, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Santa Ana, Cypress, Cerritos, Lakewood, Buena Park, Tustin. Worst case, she/he can be from Los Angeles I suppose but it's a bit of a drive... If you know anybody, please let me know.
