Here is your opportunity to “Ask the Appraiser”!!  (No loaded weapons allowed, though!!!)

 

Seriously, I will be teaching a 2 hour class on the appraisal process:

·        What IS an appraisal?

·        How do they come up with the value?

·        What does an appraiser do that is different than what a Realtor does?

·        What guidelines do appraisers have to follow?

·        And much, much more!!

 

The class will be held Wednesday, June 24^th, from noon to 2 p.m.
