I recently attended a 2 day seminar that was fascinating, fun and a real marketing tool. In addition I got 12 DRE Credits and an RCS-D Designation Certificate (that stands for Real Estate Collaborative Specialist - Divorce). California is the 2nd state to offer this designation and my class was the first to graduate 20 agents in California. If you are compassionate with your clients and willing to help in potentially difficult situations, this may be a great opportunity for you. The next class is listed below.
