Please direct your request to the proper support staff for a quicker response time.

We are lucky to have such a great staff who are all ready to help you with your business needs.  They are empowered to make choices and provide resources to resolve issues.  Please direct your request to the proper person directly so it can get handled as quickly as possible. 

 

When someone copies everyone on email request then multiple people are tripping over each other to help which becomes less effective. 

 

Also going right to the top on items that are staff responsibilities slows things down as well. 

 

Our goal is to provide 5 star service.  Your feedback on things that fall short of that goal are always welcome.
