Now in the interest of complete disclosure, most of the properties on the list are pretty rough pieces. That said, the subject of this tour is a GREAT opportunity to start the conversation about pre-foreclosure and foreclosure multi unit properties. In the County of Santa Clara there are just under 70 multi unit short sales active on the market. There are under 15 REO active multi unit properties. Upside to starting this conversation is HUGE!
FYI: in Santa Cruz County there are only 3 active REO multi units and 5 active short sale multi units.
