The release of the new KW.com has received industry-wide attention, and the excitement keeps coming. Here are the top five features – based on your feedback:

The page, which is easily searchable, highlights your expertise and niche markets served. And by showing your KWLS listings on your page, sellers receive more exposure.

 2. FEATURED LISTINGS:  Once a consumer performs a property search on KW.com, the new site shows a selection of KW Featured Properties on the home page for that geographical area – just one more way KW.com is promoting listings while driving more leads directly to you.

3. A NEW LOOK. KW.com now represents the caliber of agents who make up the company. The look is streamlined, simple and fresh. Navigation is simple so that consumers know right where to find the information they need.

4. KWLS LISTINGS ON MOBILE.KW.COM: On the leading edge of on-the-go technology, kw.com enables consumers to search the KWLS listings based on address, zip code, MLS # or city.

5. OPEN HOUSES ON MOBILE.KW.COM: The Open House search feature on the mobile.kw.com Website is a convenient way for buyers to find all Open Houses in a particular area, and a great way to promote KW Open Houses.

 

MAXIMIZE YOUR PRESENCE ON THE NEW KW.COM

Update your agent profile.

The new KW.com allows consumers to search for agents based on languages spoken and other niche market specialties – such as luxury homes, investment properties, condos, commercial opportunities and more. Increase the likelihood that a consumer chooses YOU when ready to buy or sell a home. All you have to do is complete your agent profile on the new KW.com.

Here’s all you need to do:

1. Start by logging into myKW through www.kw.com.  

2. Once logged in, click on the link for the White Pages under your photo on the left hand side.

3. When the White Pages opens, click on My Profile, then go back and click on My Referral

4. There are six places to fill in information: 

A.  My Profile:  Upload Agent Photo, Biography, E-mail

B.  My Referral:  Languages Spoken, Specialties, Designations

5. Be sure to save your updates!

6. Now when consumers search for you on the new KW.com, they will see a more complete and informative representation of you!

Set yourself up to get text messages through the mobile.kw.com site

A text message is a great lead capture tool, and you do not want to miss this opportunity from the new mobile.kw.com site!

To set this up, log in at kw.com, and click on the White Pages link, right beneath your Communities on the left side of the mykw home page.

Once in the White Pages, search your name, and then complete the
Mobile Phone and Mobile Carrier fields within your profile.  A word or phrase will be sent to your cell phone that you will then need to enter into the White Pages to confirm that the phone belongs to you.

Once you do this, consumers will be able to contact you via text message from the mobile.kw.com site.
