Hello Everyone,
We are in the process of renewing our E+O insurance and I need information from you that will protect both you and the office.
If you have a transaction that you were involved in and there is/was a threat, concern, etc. of any type of legal action/ potential legal issues, I need to know immediately. Even if we discussed the transaction previously or think the problem will “blow over”, please let me know.
The E+O Insurance will not cover existing claims or pending issues that we do not disclose during the renewal period so it is EXTREMELY important to let me know of any possible situation that you are aware of. We need to be proactive on this matter.
