Paperless Transaction System being Implemented on December 1st

To all Agents:

As presented in our Team Meeting, we are implementing the new Transaction Management system to manage our listing and sales files in a paperless environment. We are very excited about this transition that is sure to increase our effectiveness as well as save a bunch of trees. Your ALC debated the details and unamoiunsly moved to this direction.

The benefits are that you will be able:

1) To send your files electronically without coming into the office
2) To work with Docusign to have your documents signed via remote computer.
3) To Manage your contracts and have access to your files online for up to 7 years.
4) To have an advantage over the competition in having a more robust system.

Lindsey, Debra and Mike Sibilia have been trained on the system and are ready to process and audit your files online. Agent training is scheduled for early December. Look for the dates.

Starting December 1st there will be a $ 12.00 transaction fee that will be billed to the agent upon the opening of every transaction, however the cost is negated by the savings of the paper. There is a credit for the $12 at close of escrow if one of our approved vendors are used through the Transaction Mangement system. The list of vendors who are helping support this 'Green initiative will be posted. The use of Lindsey as a Transaction Coordinator also entitles the agent to the credit.

The benefit of this system in high. Myself or the staff are ready to answer any questions that you may have about the features and benefits. We are certain that once you get over the hump of the dealing with a new system you will wonder what you did without it.

Sincere Thanks

Jim Myrick
