On Monday at 2:30 PM , we are extremely lucky to have Ivan Choi from Bank of America, talking at the Gateway office.  Please come and learn sucessful stratergies in structuring your purchase contracts to represent Buyers through Bank owned homes and Short Sale transactions.  His impressive resume is below.

Ivan Choi is Portfolio Retention Executive of Bank of America's Mortgage business. With the acquisition of Countrywide on July 1, 2008, Bank of America became the largest mortgage originator and servicer in the U.S.

Choi leads the Portfolio Retention initiatives in the western U.S., which consists of mortgage retention and growth opportunities through the mortgage branch network. Among Choi's responsibilities are production planning, reporting, daily originations activities and interface with Bank of America's loan servicing areas.

Prior to this role, Choi was a senior analyst within the retail originations channel, which grew to become the top mortgage franchise nationally. Choi joined Countrywide in 1996 as a corporate financial analyst in Pasadena, CA. During his 12-year tenure at Countrywide, Choi has held positions in finance, technology and as retail mortgage originator.

Choi holds a bachelor's degree in business management and administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
