Rick Geha began his Real Estate career, part time, at 22 years old in 1980 in Fremont, CA, for a small, family-owned independent. He was #1 in units

and volume from 1987 to 1993 at that same small company. In 1993, he began his management career, running the Fremont Branch of a 21 office large

independent, taking it from 12 agents in 1993 to 111 agents in 2001. In that time, the independent had moved on to be a Century 21 Franchise, and Rick

ran the #2 Century 21 Office in the world in volume closed in 1999 and 2000, out of approx 7300 C21 offices worldwide.

When the office changed from C21 to Coldwell Banker on 9/11/01, Rick decided to find somewhere new to sell and/or manage. That's when he discovered

Keller Williams Realty. Rick opened his first KW Office in Fremont, CA in 2002. Today, he is part owner of 6 KW Franchises and is Operating

Principal of 4 of them. He also still sells real estate as part of "The Rick Geha & Coco Lewis Real Estate Group" at KW in Fremont, CA, and on track to

do $20 Million in '09. In 2004, Rick became an "International Master Faculty" with KW. He LOVES speaking and teaching more than anything, and has

an unrivaled passion for sharing with others the keys to success, drawing from almost 30 years of experience, and, of course, the genius of the MREA and

SHIFT Books, and all of the wonderful courses and manuals written by KWU, to help associates to their next level, in their businesses and their lives.
